Developed and crafted by an esteemed rice vinegar brewery in Hiroshima Prefecture, this unique organic tomato ketchup highlights the natural flavors coming from sweet and juicy tomatoes and their superb house-made rice vinegar. Also blended with organically-grown onions, garlic, and apple cider vinegar, it is completely different from mass-produced ketchups. The producer, Sennari Vinegar Brewery, specializes in a traditional method that naturally brews vinegar using local water and then slowly ages it over a long period. This results in a mildly tart, umami-rich, and well-rounded taste, with the vinegar flavors contributing to the ketchup’s character tremendously.

To enjoy its beautiful flavor, use the ketchup as-is for dishes like omelets, French fries, and fried chicken. But you can also mix it into barbecue sauces, dressing, or even soup dishes. Made in small batches, this ketchup is free from artificial-flavorings, seasonings or colorings, and it is certified JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standard) Organic by the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries. To better find the perfect ingredients for brewing a pure rice vinegar, Sennari moved its brewery to the mountainside of Hiroshima. Sennari then partnered with select organic rice farmers that cultivated a specific rice culver. 

Today, Sennari is known as one of the best small-batch pure vinegar breweries in Japan.
