Tsunehisa ginsan series is forged from ginsan steel ( ~61 HRC) and cladded in stainless. The ginsan on this line sharpens really beautifully and has great toughness. The blade has a nashiji finish with texture remaining from forging. The handle is oval magnolia with pakka wood ferrule.
