Located in Echizen, Yu Kurosaki forges high performance blades true to the tradition of his region but also incorporating new finishing techniques, creating some of the most unique and beautiful blades available.

"Shizuku" means "drops" displayed in his truly unique Hammered finish. Made from R2 steel which is known to take a very sharp edge and hold it for a long time. These knives display a high level of finesse in the details and finish. Random tsuchime pattern on the blade face is not only striking but helps in food release from the side of the knife. The handles are rosewood and black pakka wood ferrule.
