Yu Kurosaki R2 Shizuku series. "Shizuku" means "drops" displayed in his truly unique Hammered finish. Made from R2 steel which is known to take a very sharp edge and hold it for a long time. These knives display a high level of finesse in the details and finish. Random tsushime pattern on the blade face is not only striking but helps in food release from the side of the knife. The handles are rosewood and blaka pakka wood ferrule.
