Elijah Durso-Sabina (Definition Forge) is a local Colorado maker who focuses on hand forged kitchen tools. Elijah is professionally a researcher in quantum error correction by day and tool maker after hours. He has been coming into our shop over the years sharing his creations, it's been a joy to see the evolution of his work over time.
This blade is a hand forged CruForge-V core steel cladded in wrought rion with a deep etch to display the character in the wrought iron. The blade blade features a forged bolster with nice distastal taper. The geometry is ground very thin at the edge but thicker spine displaying its hand forged nature. The handle is made from one piece Lignum Vitae wood.
